Have questions or concerns?

Let me see if I can answer some commonly asked questions.

A business and marketing coach is someone who helps you achieve more success by helping you identify what you want, how you can get it, and then supporting you as you go about achieving that goal.

The marketing side helps with identifying your core audience, clarifying your message and communicating it in a clear way to prospective customers or clients. This will help give you a clear path toward sustainable growth.

There are many different types of business coaches, but they all share one thing in common – they’re here to support you on your journey towards building a successful business.

We're a business match if you're one of two categories:

(1) Small Business

Small business owner with a desire to learn and grow your business.

Someone ready to take what you've built and level up.

You're probably service-based, but I have similar advice for e-commerce.

What you've built has become a significant side-hustle or is in the early stages of full-time work.

OR

(2) A bit bigger

A Larger enterprise that values a focused marketing approach but does not need or cannot afford to have a C-Level executive full time.

You may have a small team who are experienced in the ‘doing’ not the planning and targeting.
Reporting to the CEO or the board monthly is part of your role.

The marketing person/team is encouraged and excited to have a senior experienced person to learn from and test ideas and approaches.

If either of these sounds like you, you're my dream client. Let's talk.

I have a few standard offerings for both small businesses and SME's. Head over to my Services Page for more details or book a discovery call if you want to know more. [link to services page]

I rarely, but sometimes do offer bespoke packages or Business and Marketing Consulting. Please contact me if you're interested in this level of service. [link to contact form]

If you’ve been thinking about finding a business coach, chances are you’re feeling overwhelmed. You might be wondering “how much does a business coach cost?”, “What kind of coach should I look for?”, ‘Do I really need a business coach?”, ” Is this something I can afford?”, 'Will this work?”, ‐“Is this going to be helpful?”

A responsible coach will help provide measurable ways to track your growth and progress. We tackle the nitty-gritty of your numbers to see where you are and use that data to help you move toward your goals in a systematic way that you can see for yourself!

My background is in marketing for 25 years. I've held the position of Marketing Director for about 15 years in corporate environments.

I've been where you are, working to the point of burnout, when I realised that with my wealth of knowledge I could leave the corporate world and help small-to-medium businesses and entrepreneurs get ahead.

I am a career marketer with 25 years experience working for organisations around the world.

For the last 15 years, I've been based in Tasmania, playing a lead role in rebranding or brand development for major Tasmanian brands such as; Tourism Tasmania, LarkDistillery, Forty Spotted Gin, and Aurora Energy, along with managing marketing teams and campaigns for each brand.

I have coached many small businesses in marketing, mindset and mentoring with incubator Seedlab, online business school The Elevatory, and I've taught strategy at The Foundry.

I'm a mentor and coach by nature, it's my passion my calling and it's where I'm at my best. I thrive on working with people.

The answer is, it depends. This is something we can cover in more detail during a discovery call or our initial sessions together.

The programs I offer allow you to dive in with a once-off session to see how you go or you can commit to my 12-week program with fortnightly sessions when you're ready.

The reason I like fortnightly sessions is that it will give you a reasonable amount of time to complete the tasks we've set out for you.

Some focus on specific areas such as sales or marketing, while others work across multiple aspects of your business.

Regardless of which area you choose, a business coach will be able to provide you with valuable insights into how you can improve your current situation and take your business to the next level.

As well as providing advice, guidance, and feedback, a business coach may also offer training programs, workshops, mentoring sessions, and other services designed to help you reach your goals.
